• Packages purchased are non-transferable.

• Sessions are conducted through voice/video calls within the platform.
• English Talk does not record sessions unless clearly consented by the user.
• Missed or late sessions are considered used.

You must not:

• Share your account with others
• Upload offensive or illegal content
• Harass tutors or other users
• Attempt to disrupt the platform

All content, including text, audio, video, and materials, is owned by English Talk and cannot be copied, resold, or redistributed.

English Talk is not responsible for:

• Internet issues
• Device problems
• User errors
• Service interruptions outside our control

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
